Please note that due to the delicate nature of our sculptures, items must be returned in their original protective packaging to ensure a full refund.

Secure the Sculpture
Carefully repackage your item using the original foam inserts and reinforced boxing to prevent any structural damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of the package, ensuring previous labels are covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
